The entry form below caters for both NZBS members and non members to participate in the 66th Annual Tournament and (or) Prize Giving Dinner.
The Field course is situated at 101 Morrison Road, Paeroa and other events will be held at the Paeroa Racecourse Lounge off Thames Road, Paeroa
Please note that the NZBS Tournament is open to all financial NZBS members and to non-members on an equal basis except that perpetual NZBS Trophies cannot be won be non-members.
In addition to this entry form if you need to renew your membership or wish to join as new member please complete the appropriate form.

- I will only shoot the Tournament
- I will only attend the Awards dinner
- I will shoot the Tournament and attend the Awards dinner
The associated fees are:
